Happy Sunday! I am so happy that life is getting back to normal here in California! Now that I am fully vaccinated, and the county I live in is over 80% vaccinated with their first shot – it feels good – good to hug, share meals, and celebrate holidays together. With the 4th of July right around the corner, I wanted to share all the 4th of July recipes you need this year! Really, there is something for everyone 🙂
Morgan Hill is known for their wonderful down-home and pull-out-all-the-stops 4th of July celebration. The party starts on the 3rd of July with a Patriotic Sing and Street Dance. This is followed the next day with a Freedom Run, 4th of July parade, Car Show, and finally a firework show to top off the holiday. Yes, my small town does it up big!
As I said, getting back to normal feels good! So pull out your grill, invite a few friends over, and celebrate our freedom. These are some of my family’s favorite menu ideas for the 4th of July.
