Are you a blue cheese fan? Well, for anyone that looooves blue cheese – this is a die for delicious appetizer! The tangy blue cheese mixed with a little olive oil and vinegar, lemon juice, chopped red onion, garlic and parsley – Wow! Amazing flavors mixing and melding together to just the right tangy and creamy bite! Top it onto a cracker or slice of apple and you have a dance party going on inside of your mouth. Really!
This appetizer is a favorite of mine for three reasons: 1) it is scrumptious! 2) You make it ahead and 3) It is a huge crowd pleaser! It disappears quickly! In short, I love it, it’s so easy to make, and my guest love it. What are you waiting for? Tuck this recipe away for our next party. You will be the hit of the party!
