Last week, I gathered with my girlfriends for our traditional Ladies’ Pool Party. If you are a regular reader, you know how much I love the relaxed time floating in a pool with my friends. Easy Mango Salsa – My Easy Mango Salsa is super easy! It only takes five ingredients. The hard part is not eating the whole bowl with a spoon! The wonderful thing about this salsa, is you can top just about anything! Chips, sliced baguette, or even tacos or a chicken dinner are just a few ideas.
