Oh my, how divine this cocktail is! I love ginger, but I will say this drink was a first for me this fall. My friend, Kelly, brought all the fixings to make these ginger pear martinis to a bunco birthday gathering and served up these amazing not too sweet, not too spicy, icy-cold martinis! YUM!
Well, Kelly left on a trip right after the gathering, and I could not wait for her return to get the recipe. So on a hunt for the perfect Ginger Pear Martini I went. Below is the recipe for the Pear Ginger Martini that my husband and I created as well as the recipe from my friend. Yes, when she returned from her trip, she shared her recipe with me. I was surprised at the difference in the recipes, so I thought I would share them both. They both were equally yummy, making this the perfect cocktail for the holidays!
