Blogging Self

The Migration Continues…

I am happy to say that most everything went with out a hitch, and Positively Stacey is now sitting on a new platform. I have to say most because it is not all here yet. Many of my pictures are not showing up! Oh dear, what is a blog without pictures?

Not to worry, this is all fixable; it will just take time! You see, I have over 1,000 photos already in this blog. Each picture needs to be uploaded into a new media file, renamed, and then placed and formatted back into each post.

I most definitely have my work cut out for me, but a blog without pictures is not what I want.

Additionally, the mobile version still needs a bit of adjusting so that the screen resizes correctly. That is also in the works.

The carousel photos also need some adjusting. So much to do!

But I could not have even gotten this all started with out the help of Julie from Fabulous Blogging! Thank you, Julie!

Again, patience please. I knew that it would be a huge job – I mean crazy enormous job – to get it all transferred. But in the end it will be worth it.

Have fun exploring the new site, and know that I am working as quickly as I can to get all the photos visable! I do see that light at the end of the tunnel…

Gotta say – I love the tree swing logo, Stacey! I love to swing! Still! It will be great to get the blog transferred – but enjoy the ride too! You’re good at that.

Were we swinging in Harmony California?

Yes, we were! And if you look closely at the tree you will see that in addition to the swing their are eight birds. A momma and a papa on the left and six birdies on the right: 2 blue and 4 pink 🙂
